RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned, desire to participate in the deluxe fly-out fishing package offered by ALASKA’S WILDERNESS LODGE, LLC. I am aware that there are risks including, but not limited to injury, death and damage to my property involved in being a passenger in an aircraft or watercraft or other outside activities. I am fully aware of such risks and assume such risks.
I understand that ALASKA’S WILDERNESS LODGE, LLC. carries aircraft insurance coverage for bodily injury and property damage in the maximum amount of $300,000 per seat. General liability insurance is $1,000,000 per incident. I have been advised by ALASKA’S WILDERNESS LODGE, LLC. that I should purchase additional insurance if I so desire.
Further, for good and valuable consideration, I hereby release and hold harmless ALASKA’S WILDERNESS LODGE, LLC. its’ employees, assigns, officers and agents from any and all liability, in excess of the amount of insurance coverage noted above, for any injury to my person or property resulting directly or indirectly from observing, occupying, using, entering, or exiting aircraft or watercraft which are made available for transportation purposes. This release includes any or all claims in tort, contract, warranty, products liability, negligence and any other statutory or common law theory of liability, and applies to any and damages including, but not limited to, injury to person and property, mental anguish, emotional distress, personal injury and any consequential or supplemental damages.
